Our client, a global lawfirm is looking to add a Manager to lead their Professional Staff Acquisition team. The right candidate will:
- Hold 7+ years of experience in recruitment with majority of it being in a management position.
- Experience in full cycle recruitment and sourcing.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data pertaining to recruitment and market trends.
- Maintaining candidate files using the firm’s Applicant Tracking System.
- Develop and Manage recruitment budgets.
- Hire and Track and all new hires including temps and permanent placements.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors and execute agency related contracted.
- Provide weekly recruitment updates to the director of HR along with reports.
